The computer system was down (which is not their fault) when we first arrived but the staff was friendly and kept us updated. They were quick to get us into our room once everything worked.

I had a very comfortable room. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. And it was convenient for everything else I needed to do while I was in Cleveland. The 24 hour coffee and the breakfast in the morning was very nice.
