Its a duplex and the walls are a bit thin but the neighbor was so accepting because Christmas eve we were quite loud. My favorite thing was actually the property host. Steve was super kind and cool and responded to every question. I'm local so the location was good in case i had to run home for something. Overall we had a great time. "
