"I thought I had booked a junior suite with a sofa bed but there was no sofa bed when I arrived. I called down and they immediately upgraded me to a much larger suite. Staff was friendly, Centro was excellent, and it was a convenient location, close to all of our events."

"This was a great place to stay while I visited friends in Cleveland. Cafe, bar and restaurant all on site; room was spacious, clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. But what impressed me most was the extremely welcoming and smiling staff. From check in to check out, every staff person I encountered was pleasant, said hello, inquired about my stay, and gave hospitality a new standard. I highly recommend for this reason alone, but the comforts of the hotel didn’t disappoint! "
