"The front desk team was spectacular. Super friendly and informative. Cookies were a nice touch. I appreciate that. The hotel overall was a little sad to me. Not very well kept - old, shoddy furniture in the lobby and public areas, unmatching and out dated. The rooms were acceptable but it kind of felt like they were like do we do a complete remodel...? No, let's just do the bathrooms. The bathrooms were really nice and updated. Everything else was just so do. Need was comfy, pillows...

But what I di not like at all was to have to walk the entire length of the hallway to an "empty" ice machine and then to have to walk the length of another hallway again to get some ice.
