"Excellent hotel with valet parking in downtown Cleveland close to many venues. Friendly helpful staff easy quick check in. The guy at the front desk had a great sense of humor, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Centro restaurant was fabulous. Our server was excellent. We stayed on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous date menu with 4 courses and great champagne included. The bread was fabulous. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, choppped salad, delicious steak and Bolonaise pasta all for $109....

"We stayed in a suite with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The size of the suite was great. As far as cleanliness, the room left a bit to be desired. We had a sleeper sofa which my daughter slept in, and when I removed the cushions, the undersides were absolutely covered in stains. I also noticed a few bits of trash and hair on the ground throughout the room which was a little off putting. The queen beds were comfortable. "Just spent two nights at the Comfort Inn Cleveland. Was it the nicest hotel I've ever stayed? no. Was it the worst hotel I've ever stayed? Also no. The place was comfortable and quiet. Clean enough, but definitely in used condition. The breakfast looked ok, but I didn't go any further than a couple pieces of turkey sausage which was good. The desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The TV channels did not match what was on the channel card which was mildly annoying but whatever. The...
