The staff were so unfriendly. we literally got shoved out of the way by a housekeeping lady at breakfast. the front desk staff were not friendly/welcoming at check in. breakfast was a picked over/unstocked disappointment. parking was a nightmare.

We love to stay at this hotel when visiting our son at Cleveland State. It’s very convenient and easy to get to. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. Always a great night sleep.

Reasonably priced hotel within easy walking distance of Cleveland's theater district and within reasonable walking distances of such attractions as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the sports venues. Property a bit older worn a little around the edges but very well maintained. Convenient parking lot next door. Staff courteous and professional.

Cleaning staff would leave our door propped opened even when they were not in the room cleaning. Came back to the room no staff around and my door was propped open. They were more secure with the bathroom in the lobby being locked.

The staff was phenomenal. The property was very clean and quiet, yet outdated. The vending machines only take dollar bills and quarters, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, our stay went well. The parking attendant and shuttle driver were also great

This property seems on the old side. Convenient to drive to Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (highly recommend). Our room was not clean. Room had stained carpet, in multiple places, and a stained bed comforter. Hair on bathroom floor, in the tub and on the bed comforter. Some kind of bug found on the refrigerator. I can't believe how much I paid for two nights at this hotel. Good location, about a ten minute walk to the 2 restaurants we went to. Staff is very professional, efficient & helpful. Free breakfast was ok. They were out of bananas & apple juice when we arrived on the second day. Could not find a menu/guide on the tv which was pretty inconvenient. One reason I chose this hotel was the self parking for reasonable fee. Parked in the adjacent parking lot for hotel guests the first night, but had to park in the very small & claustrophobic underground garage the second night due to them double parking in the lot for an event. (Or we could've left our keys with the attendant.) The parking spaces in this garage were extremely tiny and my spouse had to climb over to the passenger seat to get out of our car once it was parked. I would not book this hotel again for a future leisure stay in downtown Cleveland.
