Hotel was run down and dirty. The facility had a bar and everything was overpriced. A Carona was $7, for a Best Western you should never pay that kind of price. You would expect that at a Ritz Carlton. I would not recommend this hotel.

The check in process was horrible. I was there to go to a funeral for my brother and the person at the desk I had to wait 23 minutes since Check in was at 3pm I ask him if he could check to see because I had to get to the funeral parlor and again he didn’t even look at me and said I have to wait 23 minutes check in is at 3. He was so insensitive I will never go there again
