"Historic beautiful property. The pictures make the place seem bigger than it is. We had a suite and it was small. The picture when booking does not come close to resembling the room. They are working on the property so light fixtures on the second floor were hanging. They had a wedding that weekend which made parking a nightmare. I wish someone would have informed us of the wedding rehearsal and wedding that occupied the entire place. I felt like I was intruding on their special day because it took place on the first floor right next to the elevator. I would have found somewhere else to stay had I known. "

"The hot tub in the pool area was out of order. We had to request that the lights be turned on in the pool area. It was dark even though we were told the pool area was open. "

"Nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Very friendly staff. Large and comfortable rooms (mine was anyway)and breakfast at the on-site restaurant (not included) was very convenient and good."
