Rooms and grounds are very nice, Condition of rooms is obviously very old, but that wasn’t too unexpected for the price. Beds very comfortable. The down side was that it felt like living in an old ashtray, real bad cigarette smoke smell in the room.

The sheets were not clean. We slept on top of the comforter because it was late. There were no glasses or mugs, but a coffee maker... guess you are supposed to brew it into your hands. The room was obviously cleaned at some point, it just wasn't recently.

Paid for 3 nights, after returning the first day I entered the room to discover the room cleaned, all my possessions gone. At first was told I was transferred to another room, that room was dirty and my possessions weren't there. Then was told no rooms are available. After the night clerk had a long discussion with someone on the phone I was given another room. While I was evaluating this next room the night clerk called and told me to come and get my possessions, no apology, no explanation. When I asked for the stuff I had in the refrigerator she did not know anything about it or where is was.

The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible. Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility. Seriously.

I kind of likesmd the retro room furniture but housekeeping are like ghosts. I dont mind taking out my own trash but at least drop a roll of toilet paper or tissue at the door let me knoe housekeepers exist😊
