"Excellent hotel with valet parking in downtown Cleveland close to many venues. Friendly helpful staff easy quick check in. The guy at the front desk had a great sense of humor, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Centro restaurant was fabulous. Our server was excellent. We stayed on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous date menu with 4 courses and great champagne included. The bread was fabulous. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, choppped salad, delicious steak and Bolonaise pasta all for $109....

"Our room was clean and I loved the bathroom design -- huge open shower with a sink on either side. it was almost like having two separate bathrooms to get ready in. The robes and slippers were a nice touch and I liked some of the unique furnishings. Service from all staff was wonderful. Our package included breakfast and the food from the restaurant wasn't great, but I would give it another chance. Really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return.
