"Stayed for 2 nights and wow what a lovely place. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant/pub food is absolutely delicious and the breakfast equally so. Met two female housemaids and they were so lovely and friendly it made our stay so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at Sturdys castle when visiting Oxford or the surrounding area. "

"Was nice for an overnight stay. Was quite hard finding hotel at night. Not lit up very well. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size. Food was a little pricey for what it was. "

"Very helpful staff kindly helped us get to our gig asap by calling taxi as we had hit horrendous traffic and our propsed lift couldn't make it. Four poster r bed was enormois and sooo comfortable.Decent breakfast Really simple check in/ out process Recommended."
