"We loved the hotel, rught on the sea-front, lovely touches like free biscuits and sweeties in reception, to lovely fluffy towels and a pack of haribos in the room. We were also given a complimentary breakfast pack. Qould definitely stay again "

"The Lookout is a great little hotel right in Rye. If its 5* you are looking for it is not, but lovely building in reasonable condition. Huge room with terrace that was nice. Very comfortable bed with lots of soft bed linen and pillows. Bathroom was a little dated but it all worked and lots of toiletries. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of food for all tastes and you can eat what you want, all freshly cooked. Continental food was fresh and tasty. No lunch or evening food so very quiet. Shame because nice bar and outside sitting area. Staff very helpful and nice. Overall a great stay. Thank you."
