Hotel was much bigger than expected! Lots of amenities, staff was helpful when at front desk but if calling they hung up on us a few times, resulting in having to go down for help. Location was great and felt safe staying for a while.

I've stayed here several times now and every single time it has been clean, the staff are friendly and my room is great. Breakfast options are lovely, hot full English or fruit & yogurt, porridge or a waffle station. There's endless coffee, breakfast gets busy from 9am onwards so set your expectations.
