"It’s a really lovely chalet arrangement. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There was no Wi-Fi in the chalet and the cleanliness average but not as well equipped as we are use to. Just a few extra wouldn’t go unnoticed such as a couple of blankets a couple of extra glasses and cutlery maybe. But to finish on a positive the Hot tub was well maintained as well as the pool an overall nice place to stay close to the beach and many other attractions. "

"This was our first experience of a dog friendly hotel and it was amazing to have the comfort and convenience of a hotel room whilst having our pet with us. As expected the room was basic but clean and spacious. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the hotel is ideally situated for the dog friendly beach and other attractions such as Shanklin Chine. We didn’t see much of the entertainment but the ‘happy hour’ was very welcome!"
