They have a cat super visor named Ruben but he just sleeps all day lol. The rest of the staff is super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Rocio and brian were the absolute best. "

"We stayed in a Tropicana room across the street from the main hotel in an all adult area with its own pool and bar. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff was very polite and helpful. We had massages on two separate occasions and were very pleased. Watching the sunset from the restaurant at the main hotel was spectacular."
