"The locations is great, especially if traveling with pets there are a number of dog parks. The hotel is well maintained and clean, but it is the staff that is what made this a five star stay. Friendly and helpful, even with a number of extensions for work. "

"The room was tiny but that was not a problem for me. I was in Manhattan to shop so I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The free wifi was fast and they had free coffee and water on the 27th floor. The coffee was delicious too. Perfect location for someone going to New York to shop. It is very close to the Grand Central terminal and the 5th Avenue shopping district. Macy’s is just one stop away on the train or a quick taxi ride away. Loved it, would go back."

"Great location. Nice discounts to some adjacent restaurants. Very small rooms but expected for midtown at the nice price. Surprisingly varied and tasty breakfast."

"Second stay at this property. Staff was excellent and helpful. The location is close to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and that makes transportation very easy by either bus or subway. Will definitely stay again. "
