"Room was clean and very comfortable. Didn’t have much hot water for shower in the morning, was luke warm. Didn’t have time to call front desk to try rectify the problem. So I’m fairness, they didn’t get then opportunity to fix the situation. If I had more time in the morning I would have done so and perhaps they could have fixed the problem. Otherwise I had a very good stay. I would still happily stay there again."

"Everything was great, my room, except it was cold, but they sent some up right a way and fixed it, the lobby, the restaurant, staff were top notch. Location was great. So much snow you could barely walk down the sidewalk in Toronto, but I understand that that is not typical."

"What a great place to stay for an ApartHotel suite! They allowed me to check-in early which was great as I just got off a coast-to-coast flight from Vancouver and needed a nap. The room was great and the only negative was that the bathroom extractor fan didn't work.... It was no worry for me as I just showered with the door open so the condensation didn't cause havoc. Overall a great stay and when I return to Toronto in the summer I will stay here again."

"Hotel was undergoing renovations so they transferred my reservation to the St James Hotel at 26 Gerrard St E. This hotel was excellent. Would stay there again. Not sure about Econolodge. Hence the OK ratings."
