"Still an amazing price for what you get!! I just recommend bringing some extra blankets or hyper warm pj's as the basement rooms are very cold. Also some repairs are needed in the shared shower room, as the showerhead sprayed water up on the ceiling, causing a hole and potential water damage to the ceiling"
