You pay for what you get. Reasonably priced hotel. Old furniture and fixtures in the room. Staff was great. Gift shop was nice. A very adequate hotel for the money. I'd stay again.

We stay every three months and usually all is well. We upgraded the room this time and our patio door latch was broken so it wouldn't lock and we had no hot water even after letting the water run and both of us having cold showers. We complained as we checked out and the lady said she would leave a note on our file. We still haven't heard back from hotel. We paid more and got less....unacceptable. Please contact us!!!!!

Parking too expensive, but nice clean hotel. The hotel disability access not convenient. The button to open the door from the end of tge ramp didnt work so taking in luggage from outside was challenging.

Really disappointing not to have a microwave in the room. Sheets, especially the bottom sheet, did not fit properly. Felt terrible tangled around my feet. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Not all elevators were functional. Overall, just a tired floor and room. On the positive side, it is a good place to stay if you are going to Sunnybrook Hospital.
