Disable access was excellent. The hotel is showing a bit wear and tear but still in fairly good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the server at breakfast (Feb 1/25) Would recommend to others.

The room was very clean BUT they checked in a large group,of men who partied all night and were so loud that I had to finally get up and check out at 6:30 am as sleep was impossible!! They should have security checking halls and large groups of men,women or hockey players should be put on a floor separate from travellers who need a good nights sleep!! They also had men yelling in the parking lot and again where is security,someone should have told them to stop!! !

Our room on the second floor was INFESTED with Bed Bugs. Half a dozen bugs on one bed. We checked out immediately. Staff handed me a pre-printed form explaining what to do to treat bed bugs. Clearly they are aware of the extreme infestations throughout the hotel. Do not stay here.

Marijuana smell in the hallway, outdated wash room , questionable cleannesses, old furniture, noisy. only one elevator was working. Front desk were helpful and quick, but the hotel condition needs some renovation. I don’t think I will stay there again.
