"It is a beautifully presented place to stay - I especially enjoyed the quiet area, which guaranteed a good nights sleep, the VERY clean bathrooms, comfy beds, cats to pat, and the only vending machine I have ever used that has all the products at reasonable prices. My grandson, 13, loved the whole place and wanted to stay for longer. Absolutely marvellous."

Large rooms and a well equipped bathroom. Dining for the large continental breakfast was in very pleasant surroundings and proper tea and coffee available all day and night. "The hosts were excellent - very welcoming and went the extra mile for our kids when they asked to pat the dog or for a hot chocolate at breakfast time. The five-o-clock wine time was a lovely chance to chat with other guests from around the world. Very convenient location. Only downside is that it's an older building so the noise from Christchurch's boy racers can be irritating at night. A minor problem. We would definitely stay again."
