Accidentally left an item in the room - got in touch with the hotel and they got everything lined up for me to get it picked up and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was good. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the Riverside Market, and other attractions. "

There was on site dining which we enjoyed and were able to enjoy dining options on Victoria Street a short walk away. Highlights in central city were easy accessible with a short walk.
