This is the first time i had stayed at Carnmore Hagley park. I have to say, it was amazing. So clean. Well presented. Staff we're very friendly.

Old.. run down.. toilet paper stuffed in the broken bathroom door handle.. The hotel changed me twice for the stay.. was largely unapologetic and the second charge has yet to be returned to my account. Don’t stay here.. it’s awful.

We have stayed many times at Carnmore and wanted to change our room but was declined. There were other rooms available and offered to pay the extra but were told we could not change. The rooms along Riccarton road are terrible noisy. There is no sound proofing in the wall or roof and you cannot sleep for the traffic noise and the bus stop is also right there.

Great motel, freshly renovated, spacious, and very clean. There can be a little road noise if you are on a room that is close to the road, but it is minimal. Great stay otherwise.

Warm welcome when we arrived. Good local information & knowledge for our travels. The apartmet was extremely clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfy bed with quality furnishings. Will definitely stay again when we return to Christchurch. Definitely recomend.
