"Glorious stay, through and through! Unique hotel situated right on the airstrip with a clear view of the mountain range. Beautiful sunsets. Clear starry skies Perfect way to end your day hiking by Mt Cook. Also we even plans take off and land (even saw a skydiver coast down). The owners are so welcoming. They showed us the hanger with their restored historic plane. The rooms and large and beautifully decorated. Modern bathrooms. Comfortable beds made for a great sleep. Wonderful breakfast...

"Beautiful location. Front desk staff super helpful and friendly, especially Hafizah. Clean community kitchen stocked with dushes, pots, pans and cleaning supplies, BBQ grill, refrigerator space and small amount of free supplies like milk. Had french press or plunger for coffee so bring coffee grinds. So close to hikes. Great value for price."
