We had a great stay with your company and your front desk staff member Josh was incredibly helpful to us and I would like to pass on that he provided amazing customer service and would like to acknowledge that. Our room had a great room as requested although we found 2 nights we were unable to sleep due to drilling/loud road works which we would’ve liked to be notified about or a discounted rate given as we are wanted to rest in your hotel for our travels ahead we found many many black bits in one the beds (we have photos for your reference) otherwise our stay was great although if you could get back to me about the above feedback that would be great
