" Loved the stay. Unfortunately lost a pair of shoes while there. I have called about them as I know they have gone amiss. We put our bags in the room while we left & before we checked in later in the evening Felt they were safe there but opening my bag next morning in our room my shoes werent there.. Never to be found. Room 122. Carol van Hout 14th..15th December. "

"It is our first night at New Zealand after arriving Christchurch. Friendly and professional staff at reception, checkin was smooth. Room was comfortable, shower was adequate. Breakfast was very nice with much of English breakfast and other selections in the buffet. Definitely enjoyed our stay. "
