"The property is absolutley beautiful and the place was very clean. The road is unpaved and pretty rough, but short drive from the main road. Lots of new construction in the area so there was quite a bit of noise, but that will improve over time. When i booked it said the unit would have a private plunge pool,but ours did not. "We enjoyed our stay at Kiki Tulum very much. The property was very clean and we all felt very safe. We were in apt 8, so the pool was right outside our door. This was great for us and surprisingly we weren't bothered by when there were families/children playing in the pool. The hot water tank was small, so we had to stagger our showers a bit. There was no hot water at any of the sinks, so we boiled water in the kettle for washing dishes and shaving for the men. We ran into trouble with the air...

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). "Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."

When we 1st came to the property there was no line no wait but when we got to the room the sheets were okay the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken falling apart (it did when we left) also. "Great staff. They really take good care of you. Pool area was excellent. Lots of wildlife around the resort. They do a great job clearing the seaweed before you get out to the beach. Food was very good. The only issue we encountered was one morning asking for assistance at the front desk. The girl name “Julie” and wore a “Linkin Park” jacket which I don’t believe that was her real name since she was reluctant to give it seemed burdened. She gave generic answers without trying. Had a terrible attitude and not very welcoming. We finally asked for someone else who did help us. Aside from that, we had an excellent time there"

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Absolutely beautiful resort- great food and staff. My only complaint is that it's not on the beach. There's a shuttle that runs to and from the beach club, which is soooo nice but it closes at 5. My own fault for not looking closer at the location. I would still recommend it though- the resort was incredible."
