"Great staff. They really take good care of you. Pool area was excellent. Lots of wildlife around the resort. They do a great job clearing the seaweed before you get out to the beach. Food was very good. The only issue we encountered was one morning asking for assistance at the front desk. The girl name “Julie” and wore a “Linkin Park” jacket which I don’t believe that was her real name since she was reluctant to give it seemed burdened. She gave generic answers without trying. Had a terrible attitude and not very welcoming. We finally asked for someone else who did help us. Aside from that, we had an excellent time there"

"Absolutely beautiful resort- great food and staff. My only complaint is that it's not on the beach. There's a shuttle that runs to and from the beach club, which is soooo nice but it closes at 5. My own fault for not looking closer at the location. I would still recommend it though- the resort was incredible."
