"The room was nice and the maid service was amazing. But the last week we were there I stepped on glass in the pool. And it was tons of small shards. Which caused excruciating pain. We removed what we could but I just spent 4 hours having tons of pieces picked from my foot. This ruined the end of our trip and I know this isn’t the condo owners fault, it really sucks I paid to stay extra days and couldn’t even utilize them. "My husband and I came on our honeymoon and this was the perfect secluded little home away from home. Moni the host was so attentive and helpful. The property was tucked away off the main streets and was very private. We saw some reviews complaining about noise but we brought a sound machine and had no problem. The hot water in the shower didn't work but it was warm enough that it didn't bother us. Definitely will stay again if we come back to Tulum!!"
