"I found this property very convenient to get to the cruise port and also get to the movie theater. The bedroom was not large, but I expected to be the average size for the location as it is in New York City, the only issue I had was the Internet. It was glitchy at times, I had to try several times to login but once you got it working generally it was good most of the time. "Possibly our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel went above and beyond more than we could have ever imagined for our stay there. Room was clean, spacious and an excellent view. Some additional storage would have been good but we were there a week ago had more stuff than the usual guests. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Lifts not as bad as people make out. Although one lift was broke for 2 days which made it a little slower. All in all a...

"Excellent stay overall. Great value for the price. Location was great and room was nice. Check-in staff were very nice. Free sparkling water and coffee. The only problem was when I left for the day and came back to my cleaned room, the door was accidentally left ajar and open by cleaning staff. You kind of hand to slam it to get it to shut. Nothing was missing but not great to have my door open all day. Just a simple mistake and did not ruin the stay. "
