"Fantadtic location, relatively clean and tidy but dated. Would have looked modern 10 years ago but with no updates its tired. "

"Business in area. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. But the décor and furnishing appeared quite tired. Shame as the location and building are great. Parking is very expensive in Brighton. "

"Excellent hotel and location. Only downside was no parking at the hotel. We used an app JustPark abd hired someones driveway for the weekend. This then neant lugging our bags for a 20 minute walk. Not great if you're an older couple. Spa was excellent though."
