This property was very clean and spacious! Great service and very close to the city centre with lots of food options and shopping within walking distance. It’s also just a quick 10 minute walk to Brighton Beach!

Big discount on parking . Modern, new, clean so trendy apartments, loved it. There was road works outside, but I’m sure once that’s over the view and road entry will be great . But a stunning place

The room condition first of all was really poor - the bedsheets and the duvet cover had hairs on them so we needed to request for new ones. This was really concerning and highlighted poor hygiene maintenance. The sofa in the room was also extremely small. The lift also broke down during our stay and there was no communication from the reception about this and no ETA as to when this would be fixed so we had to take down two suitcases via the stairs. Overall, a very negative experience.

Next time I visit Brighton this will definately be where I stay. Amazing location and felt like it was new, perhaps it was !? Couldn’t have asked for more, even a small bottle of fresh milk for tea in the fridge.

Great location. Very well maintained, clean and tidy. Spacious accommodation. Could be perfect if the sofa was larger and more comfortable. The bed and pillows just adequate, not up to the standard of premier inn. Currently building work in the square is a bit of a nuisance.

Lady on reception when we arrived was incredibly miserable and again on check out! Apartment was lovely, amazing shower and incredibly clean. Only downside was the seagulls in the morning and the building works on street. Would recommend and stay again
