Great location, friendly staff. Property very worse for ware. Walls and ceilings thin and can hear every step your neighbours take. Walls are crumbling apart. Stains on bedding and carpets. Dirty coffee cups, shower door didn't close, TV remote faulty and plug sockets didn't work. WiFi doesn't work at all.

Everything about this hotel was good...even better than some similar 3-star hotels in the area. One staff in particular, Francis, stood out - his commitment and willingness to help me and other customers was exceptional and much appreciated. Great convenient location for visiting Brighton
Great location, really convenient place to stay for visiting friends and being out in the city. Would stay again. Nice and clean room and well stocked. A bit of noise in the surrounding streets at night midweek but nothing much and the staircase is a bit of a hike and narrow up to the top floor but its fine.

The property was located within walking distance of the beach and all amenities which was good. However, there were stains on the carpet, the radiator didn’t turn on, the shower door was stiff, the sink&toilet were dirty, the floor and entire room was uneven and the bed wasn’t even properly made when we asked for housekeeping.
