One of the most comfortable and well-thought-out places I have stayed. Wonderful views over the sea. A bath AND a shower. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Plus the convenience of being able to park outside.

Great place to stay nice room with a great view and very nice bathroom also had a small fridge with 2 cans of complimentary water also plenty of tea and coffee etc it was great to have the choice of using the kettle (could do with descaling) or Nespresso machine. Check in was great very friendly member of staff who explained everything, there was a nice area for breakfast also plenty of places to eat out. Outside the hotel were a couple of bus stops so great for those of us who do not drive. Next time I visit Brighton this will be my first choice to stay.

Had an excellent stay at this property. Lovely welcome when we arrived from the owner. Polite and Friendly waitress at breakfast time. Room was a lovely size . We stayed in the sea view room with balcony. Lovely clean bathroom and a comfy bed with comfy pillows. Added bonus was free onsite parking.
