Absolutely wonderful little hotel, so close to the city centre. A lot of thought has gone into this place. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. If you are ever thinking of staying in Brighton, book The Charm! I would rate this hotel highly if it were a three star hotel, but I don't think it was five star quality. Most amenities, including a toothbrush, were not in the room. There were no slippers either, so I inquired at the reception and they provided them. Slippers and toothbrushes should be in the room before inquiring. Also, when I asked the reception about the SPA in the afternoon, I was told that it was closed, but when I checked online, it was still open during business hours.

Lovely staff at front desk. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but greeted happily anyway in the morning. Bed was very comfortable and very nice, big bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again soon.
