"Beautiful property and great walkable surroundings. Staff was generally great but most of our stay they skipped our room - had to call for towels and other standard items. Never explained why and although we reminded they still didn’t show up. Also free wi-fi is only for direct bookings."

"Everything was wonderful! It’s a beautiful place with great drinks, delicious restaurant Set and really special speakeasy. The only thing that was not 5 stars were the bathrooms. With taupe travertine they were not as updated as the rest of the hotel. "

"Cozy little hideaway right on the PCH. Great little pool, hot tub and firepit! Wine at 5, cookies at 6 and coffee in the morning. One block from beautiful Heisler Park. Fabulous coastal views. Great value for the money."

"It’s been our 3rd or 4th time at the Tides. We love this unique vintage and affordable hotel. It’s well within walking distance to the beach, Heisler Park and many restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We’ve never had issues with parking and the rooms are spotless clean. Until next time!"
