Amazing Stay at Capri Laguna on the Beach! Our experience at Capri Laguna on the Beach was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the view from our balcony was simply perfect. A huge thank you to Nick for going above and beyond to upgrade our room for free—it made our stay even more special! Also, a big shoutout to Bachir and Esmeralda for their warm and welcoming hospitality. Their kindness truly made us feel at home. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers direct beach access, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The pool and lounge area were also great for unwinding. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch! If you're looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway with excellent service, Capri Laguna on the Beach is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

Loved the area and the view! the beach infront of the building was so clean and nice almost seemed like a private beach as it was not at all crowded. So quiet and peaceful. Got to enjoy the view and amazing wave sound at night! Breakfast was small and cute but great. Also many restaurants around the area. We got there early and was provided early check in and they offered 1 parking spot for our room. The room itself was clean not very spacious but with an amazing balcony and view! Loved the stay at Capri Laguna def will visit again

Despite excellent location and really charming interior, we battled against plumbing issues, dusty bedding, very thin walls, and shoddy/inoperable sliding doors. Staff did their best, but don't see a return visit on the cards.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I asked housekeeping (in fluent Spanish) at 8am to come back in an hour to clean the room and furnish us with 4 more bath towels and change one of the sheets on the queen beds since my daughter accidentally spilled coffee on it. Upon our return at 3pm, we went into the room where nothing was cleaned. Same as we left it with no towels. I had to go to linen closet and get my own towels. I complained to front desk manager and he said he couldn't compensate anything since it was booked through Expedia, a 3rd party company. Terrible customer service.
