"This was a very pleasant experience for us. The room (King) was spacious and the bed was SUPER comfortable! When we requested items for our room (fridge and towels) they arrived within minutes. The fridge is an extra fee ($25 for the entire stay), but we knew that going into it and we had items that had to stay cold. It was worked into the cost of the stay but we each got a $30/day credit to use at the on site restaurants or bar, so it was the illusion of free stuff! I was quite satisfied and would stay here again. "

"Excellent service. Well maintained clean hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a modern motif . The vast lobby could use fresh flowers throughout to brighten the dim lighting. I highly recommend the Hyatt Grand Central. All of this comes at a fair price too. I am considering returning to this hotel when visiting New York again."
