"The hotel is situation in a nice, quiet marina area. There are multiple restaurants and activities within a short walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and welcoming. I was able to manage well with only knowing a little Spanish. The staff was patient with me and there was someone on site that could speak English. The drinks and breakfast were delicious. We only had one issue with the hot water being out, but this was fixed rather quickly by the staff. "

"The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid."

"If you are looking for a vacation to relax and unwind, this is the place. It was nice to have access to the family side for a more livelier time if wanted though. The resort is beautiful and clean. Loved the size of it and getting around was quick and easy. The three pools are all spotless with plenty of loungers. The beach is beautiful with powder like sand.
