"The property exuded the glamour of a bygone era which to me, is so NYC. The rooms have obviously been renovated, but I thought it was weird that, for example, bathroom doors that had been upgraded with new hardware were left unfinished where the old door hardware used to be. A little wood putty and some paint goes a long way and the lack of attention to that simple detail took away from the glamour of the hotel. Loved the Byredo products in the bathroom. Staff was great. Did not at all...

"Great staff beginning with the Santos Colón who greeted us at the parking valet and actually walked us to the restaurant next door since our room wasn't ready. We had a corner suite on the 19th floor , amazing wraparound balcony ( unfortunately it was freezing but in the warmer months would be spectacular) Well appointed room , clean and stylish. A few small simple recommendations , 1. No place to hang the provided bathrobe in the bathroom , a hook by the shower would be prefect. 2. this sounds...
