"The staff and service for this hotel was truly amazing and made it stand out from other hotel experiences. They provided help with my luggage and always provided water bottles. The only downside to the room was the lack of space in the bathroom. It had no where to place things in the restroom to get ready. The location is great, we had many options to eat and drink around and felt safe. "

"I loved everything about my stay at Virgin Hotel. I only stayed 1 night in NYC. It was convenient to everything, 3 dining options within the hotel, friendly staff. My only let down was we wanted to extend our stay for an additional night (we didn't want to leave😂😭.....and they were totally booked!!! I definitely understood why!!! Lol ..I'll be back in January though!! "

The location was perfect—I felt safe and had everything I needed within walking distance. I stayed on the 41st floor, and it was incredibly quiet with a stunning view of the city. The service was outstanding, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NYC!"
