The heat & hot water worked well. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, anything you can think of. "May’s home was perfect for our short visit to attend an event at the Javits Center. The two bedroom, two bathroom split plan was perfect for two couples traveling together and the views from this apartment are incredible. Location was close to many great restaurants and the surrounding area felt walkable and safe. Check in and out were very easy and uncomplicated. "

Having a supermarket right next door was extremely convenient. The kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, even though I didn’t cook during my stay. "My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."
