Nice room for NYC standards. I liked the reusable bottled water provided. It took almost 10 minutes to get warm water to the 15th floor for a 2 minute shower... not ever hot. Towels and linens were nice.

The staff were all very helpful and the room was clean and had a very comfortable bed and pillows . Coffee on the 27th floor was also a nice touch . We would stay here again .

I frequently travel to this hotel for business at minimal on a monthly basis. I have not had a bad experience the staff the cleanliness of the room has always been on point. I love the location relevant to Grand Central Station and to get to my office I prefer to stay here when I come to Manhattan. Great location. The rooms are just big enough
