"This property is stunning, with spectacular views! The home is sparkling clean and the management team that supports keeping it that way is five star! It is on the quiet end of the island, which we loved! A short golf cart ride to the hustle and bustle, many restaurants and small stores near by. There were 13 of us and we all loved our time at Casa Gemelos! Was hard to say goodbye! "

"Amazing property. The pictures did not do it justice. Very clean. Bedrooms were spacious and each have their own bathroom.It had the most incredible view of the ocean. We had a few issues with the pool and hot tub, but maintenance responded very promptly. I would definitely recommend the door-to-door transportation.. We will definitely go back."

Communication was always prompt. Could use some extra towels and maybe a dust mop vs just a broom as sand tracks in easily but overall would absolutely return."

"Really great house. Very clean and nice. We stayed 5 nights with 2 children. They contacted taxis for us and set us up with a golf cart for much cheaper than the usual rental fee. The grocery store is very close and affordable. 10 minute drive to north beach. The pool is not heated, so depending on the season, you may not want to use it. They cleaned every other day, which was very nice to come to after a day at the beach. Will definitely stay again. "

"This is a really nice and clean house, the pool was cleaned every second day and the views were breath-taking. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house looked better in person than on-line. Here were the pros and cons of the house: Pros - clean, quiet, drinking water supplied, pool cleaned every second day, rooms had bathrooms attached, beach towels supplied, good communication, views great, location great, grounds were rustic and beautiful, lots of seating areas outside and inside, walking...

"Convenient location with a spectacular view but the road noise, especially at night, is a drawback. The house and rooms, while adequate, are smaller than the listing pictures lead you to believe. The beds are comfortable but all other seating in the house is less than desired. The two queen suites separate from the main house gave nice privacy for everyone. "This is a great option for couples or a family. Home is located between Garaffon de Castilla and Hotel La Joya, short walk to The Joint, Kin Ha, Burro, Punta Sur, couple taco joints and a small convenience store. We enjoyed the pool, minor inconveniences were lack of water for a couple of days and AC broke, however the host was very responsive and issues were remedied same day, if possible. "The only thing was the shower. It was very hard to shower with the shower head like that. Otherwise it was a great experience. Nice and communicative staff. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Have been to Isla many times, but this was our first time staying South Island. Our room was comfortable and roomy with many extras. Bonus was having a free breakfast at the affiliated KinHa Beach Club, where you can also spend the day enjoying the loungers and water toys. Several very good restaurants within a short walk. The whole area had a nice vibe and very chill. Highly recommend."

"The staff was the absolute best!!! Renting a golf cart was easy, walking about easy, relaxing on the beach so nice. The property is to the south of the island, so away from all the party scene, but still a great party vibe. We stayed a week and would absolutely stay again. A short walk from several great restaurants and bars. But seriously, try a golf cart for 24 hrs, go see the sun rise at the far south of the island, you won’t regret it. And make sure you say hola to Matteo and team, they are the BEST!!"

"Izla hotel is a gem. The staff, food and views are unmatched. If you’re looking for a tranquil spot to relax and be pampered it’s the place to be. The staff are attentive and wonderful. Shout out to Virguillio, Claudia, Monica, Alexis, Alex, Jorge, Jose, Marcos, Eduardo and so many more who made our stay memorable. I will definitely return. "
