"Like all buildings in the area, it’s older. However, our room was clean and provided a comfortable, centrally located place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I do wish they would update their website to indicate they no longer have mini-fridges in the room. That’s something I always like to have to keep cool drinks on hand. "

"The property was in a great location. The only complaint/concern was the lack of a night guard that was visible. I have stayed in Times Square four times now and every hotel except this one either had an elevator that needed a key to even open it to get in or a visible guard at the door. One night we saw one but he was on the couch on his phone and never even looked up when we came in and went up to our room. "

"The hotel was very nice. Kind of young and hip but worked out well for our family with children. Very close to the Empire State Building and other attractions in Nee York. The bathrooms were a bit weird as when I looked up, I could see into the bathroom with the door closed when someone was in there. That was the only flaw."
