We visited the hotel restaurant, the food was very good and the service too. We loved The Royal Sonesta Downtown, we will definitely be back!"

"The blanket had a stain on it. The bathroom had a lot of hair, and so did the towels. I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. Otherwise, it is a suitable place to stay. They should have a halper for the chef who makes omelets for the customers. He doesn't look like he has much patience to help with the customers. "

"It’s in the prime location and it is safe! Walkable to great restaurants, to Chicago Riverwalk, to the Millenium Park and to the Michigan Avenue’s Shopping. This hotel is also clean, the breakfast buffet is great and the stuff’s are nice!!!"

"I truly enjoyed my experience this Thanksgiving at EUROSTAR! The hotel staff was very courteous and made it a memorable trip for my husband and I traveling with our infant for the first time. The property is conveniently located 2 blocks from Whole Foods, great bars and restaurants. But most importantly…. The breakfast at River North Bistro was magnificent! I would definitely return with family and recommend this place. Oh but there is 1 tiny con is that there aren’t any microwaves in room or in the hotel for that matter so our daughter had a few meals cold. Other than that I say this place is a lovely place. "
