The Red Line (we took to get to White Sox and Cubs games) was only 5 blocks or so away and there is a bus stop right at the corner of Michigan Ave and Ontario, making for easy commutes. "we loved everything about the stay beautiful city view and more the bars and gym inside. What i disliked was how they told us to get a parking pass bring it back to the front desk to get scanned and we was fine but never said we would get charged for the parking and $170 was taken off my card so i had to call in and complain and the manager issued me the full refund back ! "We had a short but pleasant stay at the Sonesta Suits. Check-in was easy and they welcomed our dog. The rooms were spacious. The location is great-- next to the lake, bars, restaurants, and shopping. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning (especially the tub). Also, there were a couple random charges on my card by the hotel that I can't account for. I plan to call them when I return home to ask for an explanation. Parking is expensive at $72/day, but that is comparable to other hotel...
