Pros: we had hot water for showers, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, two onsite restaurants to choose from, and two complimentary bottles of water in our room. "This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the last two years but unfortunately this time wasn’t as enjoyable as the last. This had nothing to do with the staff or services, but we were able to hear the people in the adjacent rooms easily and we had repeated issues with loud people in the halls at late hours. We are not especially cranky about these things but the poor sound insulation does need to be addressed-at least on the 24th floor. "
