"A musty smell ever present in the room likely from no ventilation in the bathroom. Calling the front desk was typically to no avail they were short staffed the whole 4 days we were there the phone would ring until it went to the off site reservation line we had to go down a few times and there would be other folks in line waiting to speak to reception who had the same issue when they called. The pools were nice continental breakfast was fine aside from running out of silverware. Expected more...

"Traveled with kids (48 F, 17 M, 12 F) for spring break. This yellow hacienda, tiny compared to big hotels all around, is BIGGER ON THE INSIDE! Beautiful, local charm, three minutes easy walk to the beach (jetski, paddle boarding, food, drinks, etc). Around the corner is a small diner with delicious and very affordable meals. Large grocery store 7 minutes away. Hitel room has a refrigerator, very karge bathroom, mucrowave by the reception area, coffee, and for purchase frozen meals and drinks....
