"We spent a week in Greg's condo. It was well equipped, clean and close to the beach. Our son had a blast playing with the turtles in the nearby pond. Bring some cherios for them. Walmart is a short drive away and they offee cooked local cuisine on the chesp. We didn’t bother cooking.Would not hesitate to stay again. "

"The resort was fantastic, the room was sizeable and clean. We were fortunate to have our room right outside one of the pools so my 10 year old had a field day going there as soon as we left the room. The front area of the room also had a couple of chairs that made drying our bathing suits and towels very convenient. Staff was very attentive, poolside bar and pizza were great also. The parking was a bit far away from the entrance but i didnt mind the walk that much."

"Beautiful resort with private beaches and all the amenities. The condo met all of our needs and then some. We had ages 10-77 with us and everyone had a great trip. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen I’ve experienced with a rental. Pots and pans were great condition. Beds and linens were excellent quality and comfy. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. The patio has a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort is HUGE! However, we rarely saw other guests. Felt like we had the dragon pool to ourselves everyday, which was our favorite. We felt safe and secure in the area. We ordered groceries from the Wal-Mart and made dinner a few nights. We went out to local restaurants most nights. Humacao had limited restaurants, but we were 30-minutes from other areas of interest. This gave us an opportunity to explore the island, which we loved. I definitely recommend renting a car. The resort has several restaurants and a grocery store on-site. Although convenient, they were overpriced and underwhelming. I definitely recommend checking out other local restaurants. It was truly one of our best vacations. We look forward to returning. "

"Our stay was absolutely incredible! The property was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking. We loved opening the doors all the way to let in the fresh air and stunning scenery. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, and the beds were super cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was spotless. Having beach towels and a washer and dryer made things so convenient. The AC in every room was fantastic, and the ceiling fans were a great touch.There was plenty of seating for our whole family, and we really appreciated having three bathrooms and showers. The location was perfect—so close to the pool and with easy access to the beach. The friendly neighbors made us feel right at home.One of our favorite parts was watching the iguanas climb the trees. Walking the paths to the turtle pond was such a fun experience. Plus, being able to pop over to the hotel for food was super convenient, and the café was amazing—the best matcha in the world and the most incredible blueberry loaf!We truly loved every moment and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!"

"Upon entering Palmer’s demo, it is absolutely breathtaking. The Maui Villa was very clean upon entering and had all your amenities that you needed within your room. Is a few little things that I would like to add here for others to know. The ocean that they say you can see from your room you can’t. The ocean is kind of useless because it is a rip current area. It is often at times very windy outside. The security at this place is very high standard, which made me feel very good when sleeping at night. The beds were comfortable the linens were brand new. The balconies were nice. However, there is a smell when you enter. This particular rental smelled musty, moldy. The showers don’t have doors so the water goes everywhere and there’s absolutely no pressure. There’s a few restaurants around that would be more than happy to serve you some good food. The prices are very high within this area and if there’s anything that you want outside of Palmas de mar you have to go into town which is about 15 minutes down the road. They have every fast food joint in store. You could possibly need in town Humacao! This is a very luxury area with a giant golf course this is for people who like to golf. Other than that, there’s not much else to do."
