"Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working...

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "This was a great little place to stay before airport the next day. It was clean, smelled nice, close to beaches and local food. Host was very detailed for self check in. My husband and I really thought it was a nice little place on the back of the host house. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. We stayed 1/31. Thank you Iris. We enjoyed your place. "

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquátika Resort. Finding the location can be a little tricky, but once you arrive the atmosphere is secure and picturesque. Ana was a gracious host and communicative throughout the entire process. The space was clean, and fitted with everything you would need for the experience. It was so easy to access the amazing beach and enjoy one of the five pools. The roosters may awaken you in the morning, but that speaks to the authentic joys of being surrounded...

"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"The apartment is small, but comfortable. Not fancy, but you cannot beat the view. Overlooking the ruins of a fort, the Atlantic Ocean and Condado Lagoon, we had coffee on the balcony each morning. The location is fantastic if you’re good with walking. Short distances to beaches and restaurants. Bodega type shopping nearby. Stay away from the Ocean Restaurant at the Hilton. Paid 70US for two martinis. Parking is just down the street and very reasonable."

"Bali Posh is an absolute gem. I loved the bohemian aesthetic and the staff are excellent. We were delayed by several hours due to missing our flight the night before, but Gabriela took note of our situation and provided great customer service when we were finally able to check in. Gio the pool bartender made fantastic drinks and provided great local bar/food recommendations. We had an amazing time in PR and would absolutely stay at Bali Posh again. "

"Rooms have a lot of space and the breakfast is a nice bonus. The best part is the proximity to the airport. You can squeeze the most out of your vacation. Everything is close by. Laundry is available on site. Pool is clean and there were always chairs available. Wifi works good. And the 40 dollar a day credit was so helpful. Usually covered our lunch each day. Thanks for a great stay. I’ll be back soon. "

"One of the unique aspects of this property is its welcoming and laid-back vibe, making it feel more like a resort than a typical hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. What I didn’t like: While the hotel is in a fantastic location, some areas felt a bit dated, and the walls were a little thin, so noise from the hallways could be noticeable at times. The pool area, while great, can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, this is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach. I would definitely return!"
